I LOVE this bass for many reasons, the biggest is she’s been played. The bass has a GREAT open sound and is a JOY to play. The bass sports nickel hardware and the truss rod bell is just off the nut showing this is a pure and early 64. This bass plays itself. Like all 50+ year old bar flys, yeah theres a few minor stories but nothing offensive – Pick guard tip is chipped, has a 71 pot, moved strap button (who cares) has a mute assembly from an EB2 supporting the wobbly bridge design and it looks totally factory and the bridge is rock stable and has the mandatory minor crackle off the tuner screw. This bass PLAYS and maybe the best EB0 we’ve had in stock. This sleeper is a solid killer bass. 7.3 lbs and a GB.
