Oh do I like this bass! She has the right amount of wear and patina to look oh so awesome, impress your friends and not be afraid to take on a gig. She plays absolutely great as the bass had a pro refret that utilized fret wire 1 size over stock. The reason this was done is on a finished maple board, when you remove the frets, there is always a little chatter and the mildly oversized base covers this. The job was very well done. The nut was changed to a brass nut at the same time BUT the original perfect looking nut is included. Other than 1 changed pot and a changed wire or 2 (at the pots), there’s nothing to point out. The bass is a comfy XXX pounds, and has the OHSC. The neck code, serial number and 1 orig pot code puts this bass square at mid 1975. The neck is a small ‘B’ profile and makes this bass very fast to play.
