1992 Ken Smith Burner 1992 - Cherry Red

We have a really good early 90s MIJ Ken Smith Burner Custom that we believe is a 1992 but definitely from 1990 to 1993. The custom level featured a 5 piece maple and walnut neck and a 3 piece figured maple body. Has original active Ken Smith jazz pickups and 9 volt Ken Smith 2-band preamp.

Being 30+ years old the bass has some easy player wear and light patina. This was a cared for and loved bass. No abuse or road rash. She's led an easy and charmed life with careful ownership. Has a nice gig bag and weighs 8.6 lbs. Only minor thing to point out was the bottom edge strap button was moved twice on the butt end BUT we did a really good job on the fill and color match touch up which is tiny. See the pic, we got the color near exact.

This is a really good bass, stupid low action without any buzzing, as with all our basses she's issue free and the pics are honest and tell the story. It's a good one!
