2010s? Martin OMC-28M Laurence Juber Custom Edition - Natural

We have a 1 owner guitar that we are selling to help settle an estate. This guitar came from our colleague Charlie who was a fellow dealer and friend to the music community for decades. When Charlie got a guitar in that was the best of the best, he pulled it for his secret stash. This is one of those guitars.

Essentially this guitar is in superb condition. This is is near spotless shape with nothing to point out. Completely original and nothing to point out. Very little, if any wear or patina. Just a nice instrument that was very carefully couch played.
