2020s circa Lakland 4/94XS (as in Excess - 35 scale BEAD) USA - Black

This is one interesting bass. Its a 35 inch scale stung BEAD, NOT EADG. There are 2 different stories on the bass - I've heard they only made a few prototypes or this was a super small batch trial run. Either way, it's not showing up on every street corner. The bass is clean with not chips, checks, dents or dings but has the typical light player wear that black guitars get. Only 8.5 lbs, just set up and ready to go. The pickguard does show some minor wear. The bass is in excellent shape - the original hard case, it's in very good, fully functioning condition but does have wear but no abuse. The headstock logo is unique - the XS stands for Excess for the 35 inch scale.
