We bought never retailed, NOS gear from a friends store who is an authorized source. The guitar went dealer to dealer. We ARE NOT authorized dealers so we cannot call this brand new and cannot offer a warranty. You WILL BE the first end user and the first person to put their mitts on the guitar other than us doing an inspection and a perfect set up with fresh Martin strings. SUPER NICE, expensive Gator hard case. Nothing for you to do except enjoy! We received the guitar fresh in the box in June of 2025. Lets call it a 2025 but maybe a 2024, theres really no way to tell. Guitar is perfect, never played other than the set up.
